We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, the final product may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, fabric texture, embroidery limitations, print placement, or manufacturing tolerances.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, product descriptions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee that the order has entered production or been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if there is an error, suspected fraud, payment issue, product availability issue, or any other reasonable concern related to the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will provide a refund where required.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are often made on demand, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

6. Shipping and Delivery

NorthDragon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, weather events, labour disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products

Because many NorthDragon products are made on demand, returns and exchanges may be limited for non-defective products, wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
